I don't think anyone is going to dispute that fresh are better than frozen, frozen pizza is just a cheap freezer filler handy for when you can't be fucked to do anything else.

Unless you're going to cook Thai food all the time, it's a pain in the arse buying ingredients that mostly end up in the bin!. I mean, most recipes need a few stalks of this or a few leaves from that but those products often come in big bunches. Next problem is why would you attempt to replicate a dish that some old dear at the local market has been churning out by the dozen every day for the last 20 years, and she charges 30 Baht for it!. No thanks, I'll leave Thai cooking to Thai's who do it for a living.

Anyway with some leftover shake-n-bake chicken breasts in the fridge, tonight's dinner was putting some on top of a salad dressed in Caesar. Tasty, but pretty boring. Need a burger badly...
