I've been to Italy numerous times, with my parents and also with friends.

Just lovely. Enjoy. Relax.

Waistline? Google fat farts in Italy. Not many of them. Italians know how to eat properly.

One thing, a bit like in France, is you will have a lot of bread on the table when you have a meal. But the best bread you will ever eat!!

For after my dinner I made an apple cake , this was rather delicious , infact what made it more tasty was the fact I managed to high hoist the apples from my lorry cab as I drive past a rather nice house in Steeple Bumpstead , she also has some nice plums just about ready , could be plum pie next week

Tempe, not fish cakes. (Soy bean cakes, I think).

And yes, a sambal. Chilli, garlic and tomato.
