Had a few guests drop by last minute and had to run and get another few steaks and some add ons. Dinner was NY Striploin/ ribeye, Corn on cob, Prawns, Zucchini, Broccoli and quartered Russet taters....all off the grill.

Looks good. Did she easily find all the spices and ingredients she needed? My missus not always happy cooking in different countries
^^..Well DW, wife loaded up 1 suitcase with all the spices and various things she needed. She knows that she can't find what she needs here very easily.
It could use some tatties if you're not planning on eating it with rice.
I like my Penangs and Massamans but I like to bulk them up with a bit of veg.
Onions and shrooms for a start.
Looks delicious all the same.
It was served with rice DD. Just didn't post a pic

I use this (US based) lady's recipes quite a bit, so the ingredients should be readily available there. Thai Panang Curry Recipe - Hot Thai Kitchen In particular, the Panang paste is always in our fridge. Your wife's looks great Stumps.
Keeping with the curry theme..
I made a ridiculously hot Jalfreza last night, my face actually had pins and needles.
Less meat more spice, reduced down with a whole bulb of garlic for good measure thrown in.

Chicken kebab, Dil? Are you on a diet? :)
Friday night is usually 7 or 8 pints followed by the full monty from one of the multiple kebab shops nearby (11 quid for donner, seekh, shish and chicken on naan).
It must have been about 2kgs of food the one I got the other week and I was struggling to finishn it before I feel asleep with my head almost in the kebab itself until my missus rescued me (apparently).
I still finished it off the next morning though. :)
Just misplaced my phone... I'm not into doner lamb kebabs.i like the spiced chicken with mayo and a little bit of veg.
This is what a tenner gets you South of the border...

I reckon that's even drier than MM's lady bits!
You on the National Express early on Saturday morning?
I love how you went and got it, came back to the pub and finished your drink 5555 classic
Yea the spiced chicken is nice but I do like a bit of the dog meat every now and then
I'm not really into the donner you get in the UK, so I tell him to just give me a couple of slivers when I get the special tandoori mix, but they know I'm half cut and the sneaky bastards always charge me for the full portion.
"Here's that nobhead again, make sure you stick him for the full lot. He won't even remember it the next day." :)
