^ Ran out of eggs...and bread, we don't all have a chicken farm or a factotum in the garden

But you have reminded me that I have an unopened bread maker in a cupboard... that I brought over around 2008.

^ Why don't you use it? Surely it's better than the Thai sugar breads and didn't you mention having a yeast surplus before?

I use mine every other Saturday or so.

Here's one I made and ate at the weekend. I used olive oil instead of butter for the first time. The crust had a nice crunch to it
