We have made our own in the past. I got a bag of pinhead oats from a friend who came to visit, then the woman at the market gave me suet and blood for free cos it saved her carrying it to the bin.
Get some casings (it heat shrinks and compressed the contents) and it's really incredibly easy.

Although, Frank's on bacon...Hmmm.I don't know why they call it red hot wing sauce... Theres fuck all hot about it and It tastes mostly of vinegar but does suit chicken wings in cayenne pepper and a blue cheese and creme fraiche dip, but bacon butties? I'll give it a try and get back to you
Haha you pussy. It was that or Sriracha. The bacon wasn’t great this time and wasn’t really bacon at all as she done a salt cure without the pink Prague powder #1.
Our previous batch actually came white without the pink coloring, but I just got delivery of the pink stuff the other day so next batch will be better and I’m gonna do pastrami too.
It’s also good to have a slicer. I had one of course, but she threw it out cos the drive belt snapped. The fkn idiot that she is.
