Well I had Beef Goulash yet again, not sure how many tubs there are left in the freezer though.

I made a wunnerful cauliflower cheese

the market were selling these beautiful caulis, big and white ( a case when white is better than brown!)

made a sauce with some real Cheddar cheese, put some chilli in too, not normal but delicious

browned it under the grill until the cheese was buring

I had some friends around on Saturday night and cooked a roast dinner.

A pork fillet stuffed with seasoning and rolled, roast chicken, and roast pumpkin, potatoes,onions, carrots, sweet potato and peas and asparagus.

And several bottles of red.

I've got the black version of that one.
The LCD screen is huge, about 2 and a half inches so you really get an idea of what the pic is going to look like.
