Split that lot in half and spread one half out in the pan



Place your fish on top



Then cover with the other half



Add a can of coconut milk then bring to a simmer

I added mushrooms at this point but they are not part of this dish traditionally



Reduce heat, cover and cook for 15 minutes



Stick yer crusty bread in the oven.
