Anyway moving on from tweedle dumb and dumber
Threw in a chicken casserole overnight for lunch today as a request, all ready when i got up and just knock up the dumplings. Oh and the peas later
I love dumplings in a sa-tew.
What's your recipe?
thick sliced potatoes, chunky carrots, rosecoco beans, pearl barley, tomato puree, paprika, smoked paprika, mixed dried herbs, sautéed onions and garlic, salt, pepper, chicken stock, olive oil, oh and chicken legs
will come with peas and sauerkraut, i am finding myself getting bored with broccoli atm
^i just do flour, salt and baking soda - sometimes add dried herbs
All for under a fiver..

I can recommend peas.
Today I had a light lunch of cold cuts of deep South fried catfish on an open sandwich, with coleslaw.
I really think I may be onto something here. The much-maligned pla duuk is tasty when fried and the flesh holds together like a cold cut of beef, so very easy to slice.

I'd have given them 30 secs in the microwave. You might want to Google the time it takes for worm infestations to develop symptoms, or dose yourself and mini with some Ivermectin
^ Will do.
I think there is still a bottle of Ivermectin in the fridge. I used to inject the dogs with it before I discovered Bravecto.
More like a brunch. Homemade tacos. Spiced USDA Minced beef, Fresh lettuce, Tomatoes, Olives, jalapenos, Tillamook cheese with a splash of Habanero Tabasco sauce while I watched the 2nd half of the Superbowl.
Looks good.
How do you go about making tacos?
Haven't eaten any lately as I am tired of the tacos I buy being in bits.![]()
buy the corn tortillas and fry yourself.
You need a press.
On my travels through Mexico it was common to see tortillerias in towns and cities everywhere. Incredibly cheap stacks of warm tortillas cranked out every day. Of course, I've eaten at places where mamá and her hijas slapped by hand lumps of masa into perfectly round and evenly thin tortillas.
pues, estamos aqui
Ffs cyrille They will then be home fried ya pedantic koonty
Yeah Cyrille. I guess when I say Homemade I mean cooked at home from fresh. I buy corn tortillas uncooked and flat in a pack and do a quick maybe 5 second deep fry and fold them over. The Danitas brand are really good. Sometimes I do soft Tacos and use Danitas Flour Tacos and wrap 4 or so in foil and heat up on my grill. You can also microwave them as well but I like the grill method better
