No. My mum always used atora but years ago I found you could just drop it add a bit more baking soda and they are fine. They soak up some fat from the surface anyway. Never had complaints.

I hear that, I feel obliged to have it because of the health benefits.

Never had sauerkraut before, a colleague raves about it.

    Must try sometime soon.

    I can recommend peas.

Today I had a light lunch of cold cuts of deep South fried catfish on an open sandwich, with coleslaw.

I really think I may be onto something here. The much-maligned pla duuk is tasty when fried and the flesh holds together like a cold cut of beef, so very easy to slice.

I'd have given them 30 secs in the microwave. You might want to Google the time it takes for worm infestations to develop symptoms, or dose yourself and mini with some Ivermectin

    ^ Will do.

I think there is still a bottle of Ivermectin in the fridge. I used to inject the dogs with it before I discovered Bravecto.

That'll be why 'plaa duk foo' (deep fried catfish) is so popular.

It's definitely not maligned amongst Thais.

More like a brunch. Homemade tacos. Spiced USDA Minced beef, Fresh lettuce, Tomatoes, Olives, jalapenos, Tillamook cheese with a splash of Habanero Tabasco sauce while I watched the 2nd half of the Superbowl.

    Looks good.

How do you go about making tacos?

Haven't eaten any lately as I am tired of the tacos I buy being in bits.

On my travels through Mexico it was common to see tortillerias in towns and cities everywhere. Incredibly cheap stacks of warm tortillas cranked out every day. Of course, I've eaten at places where mamá and her hijas slapped by hand lumps of masa into perfectly round and evenly thin tortillas.
    pues, estamos aqui

Yeah Cyrille. I guess when I say Homemade I mean cooked at home from fresh. I buy corn tortillas uncooked and flat in a pack and do a quick maybe 5 second deep fry and fold them over. The Danitas brand are really good. Sometimes I do soft Tacos and use Danitas Flour Tacos and wrap 4 or so in foil and heat up on my grill. You can also microwave them as well but I like the grill method better
