^^ Looks great... why don't you give the recipe and cooking methods you used?

Do you know what kind of rice that is? My mum has just given me a bag of 'Pudding Rice' to take back home to use for making rice pudding in Korat and it's short-grained like in your pic. I don't know if you can use the usual Thai rice for puddings?
