Early lunch today, going to nap for all afternoon methinks, having been foolish enough to watch the football. Anyway, a steak (not sure what kind) that I cooked in a skillet, letting it rest whilst I made a white wine and mushroom sauce. As a side, diced potato and carrot, pan fried in butter for a few minutes, then into an oven for about 20 minutes. Added peas and grated garlic as the end.
