Sweetbreads
^ Yep. Sauted veal sweetbreads. Anyone else wanna go?

Camping out? Starting bottom right and moving counter-clockwise: scrambled egg, sausages, something with sour cream, crispy bacon, and I dunno two white creamy blobs -- eggs benedict or bikkies and milk gravy? OJ and coffee at the top. And it's dark outside so is this an earlybird breakkie or a late-night snack?
Using your new BBQ, HB? If you make that on a camping trek, I'd love to go with. I always use those camping mugs tho.

My favorite Thai Dish...

How did you know it was gai???
Did you cheat?
One of my favourites too
I always order it with chicken rather than pork
Is it usually made with pork then ?

In my experience I would say that it is more commonly made with pork than chicken but they are both seen regularly.Originally Posted by Thetyim
I myself prefer the pork and usually make it for myself at home that way..
If you havent already, try eating it with the white lettuce (pak gad kaow) instead of rice..
