If it had, I imagine the RTP case would have been accepted by the courts. The suspicion is that the only DNA related to these two is from a discarded cigarette butt found on the same beach. They just happened to be in the area at roughly the same time.Originally Posted by patsycat
A report posted on this thread earlier showed DNA samples B & C, suggesting that there was a sample A on a previous page of the report. That may just have been DNA from one of the victims and purposely left out of the posted report in order to imply a third attacker or needs removing from the prosecution evidence. In fact all of this DNA evidence (regarding the victims) may require removal from prosecution evidence to justify charging these two kids and ensuring the defence do not have legal access to it.
Always so much harder to get lies through courts than justice....
So, are DNA reports in this country always 100% accurate? I do not think so, since they are not ever without question wherever they are used.
I am shocked that Thai courts/prosecution has not played along with this joke case. The realist in me however, says that they are merely holding out for a bigger brown envelope.
A British witness had taken a photo of two men pestering the female victim not long before she was raped and murdered. He went to her assistance. One of the two troublemakers identified by the British witness and appearing in the photo is the bar manager. He is the bar owner's brother or nephew.
The press reported that he refused to take a DNA test after the murders. And the British witness sought protection from the British Embassy in Bangkok after receiving death threats over the Internet.
What about bar manager accused of harassing victim at Koh Tao? - The Nation
It was the bar manager
where is this alleged photo then ?
back to the Burmese
I don't like the look of that one in red at all , he must be the leader too .
See how they are handcuffed together, but red has his arms nice and comfortable and is making the other stretch over..

Does not look threatening to me
These two look the part. Manager of the AC bar and his police buddy
Judging books by covers?
What the fuck do you expect them to look like? The fucking Waltons? They're Burmese boys mightily fucked off by the total shit thrown at them for the past two months plus, and still looking forward to more of the same.
Jesus, just how much more fucking moronic can you get?
^I'm glad someone established them as innocent.![]()
Err, in civilised communities one establishes guilt. Given there is not a single shred of credible evidence adduced by what passes for the police or prosecution I rather think the issue is beyond doubt.
Just wait a while, you'll see...perhaps by their apparent hair cuts, eye brows or even rumors...what do you think this is a scientific analysis of facts? Its the buffalo board FFS! Idiots abound fully nourished by other idiots.Originally Posted by Seekingasylum
The top two look guilty , they are probably wearing the same clothes that they did during the killing , they went and did the killings wearing crash helmets and anti stab vests for protection, which means they knew what they were going to do and that it was planned , premeditated .
The bottom two look like they are watching a game of football or Thai boxing on TV
QED......
Fank thuck I'm not Burmese![]()

A 12-member delegation from Myanmar arrived in Bangkok Sunday to assist and observe the case against two migrants due to go on trial for the Sept 15 murder of two British tourists on Koh Tao.
Headed by Upper House speaker Khin Aung Myint, the group of of legal and forensic experts met with Myanmar embassy representatives and lawyers who already [were] involved in aiding their detained compatriots, the Democratic Voice of Burma reported Monday.
Khin Aung Myint and his team arrived with a collection of donations from Myanmar MPs. Lawyer Aung Myo Thant said the money will be used to bail out the defendants.
Team members plan to speak to the two suspects, Zaw Lin and Win Zaw Tun, and meet with the National Human Rights Commission and the Lawyers Council of Thailand.
Khin Aung Myint met with Prime Minister Prayut Chan-o-cha at Government House and National Reform Council chairman Thienchay Kiranandana at parliament Monday. There were no reports that the Koh Tao issue was taken up during talks between the two.
Myanmar's parliament has sent an official letter to National Legislative Assembly president Pornpetch Wichitcholachai, requesting justice in the high-profile case, according to DVB.

Gosh, the Thai seem to have gotten into the wrong race on this one.
If they have any sense they'll pull the pin and actually arrest the real culprits. The British police report must be due imminently and it won't be long before Cameron informs parliament of its findings.
Watching football my ass, they were trying to figure out how to kill Sean McAnna, to silence him!
The photo of the bottom two was taken by Sean McAnna. The two thugs threatened to help him 'hang himself', so McAnna ran to a 7 - 11, jumped behind the counter, took the pic and immediately posted it to his Facebook account.
if he was a real danger to them and they wanted him dead why tell him about their plans in advance?

The thing that destroys the Thai from growing emotionally is the concept of saving " Face "
To us Westerners its the most dangerous and frustrating part of being in Thailand. We like to deal head on with our shit mostly and resolve the conflict if possible without killing each other over small issues.
The Thai do not release their frustration by dealing with conflict in the moment like we mostly do, the Thai bottle all their shit up and a small issue to us is enough for them explode violently as the volcano erupts.
The concept of not showing anger and not dealing with their shit is all part of the infantile perception of saving " Face ".
I just don't get it, fukin ridiculous part of their society.
But that's how it is and one just needs to know this.
