I can guarantee he has, he just didn't know.
Funny, organizations like the FBI teach law enforcement to observe and understand the body language and behavior of suspects, are they morons too? For whatever it's worth, I still doubt their guilt, but that photograph says a lot about who was in charge among the 2 of them, and the cute boyish innocent look has been momentarily forgotten.
Maybe a little less name calling and some more intelligent observations might make for a more convincing argument? Blue made a good point with that picture whether or not I agree with him about their guilt or innocence.

The Koh Samui Provincial Court on Wednesday rejected bail requests for the two Myanmar men accused in the murder of two British backpackers on Koh Tao in September.
Surprising Myanmar embassy officials, who had expected bail to be granted, the court ruled that Zaw Lin and Win Zaw Htun posed a serious flight risk because they are Myanmar migrants accused of serious crimes, Myanmar online news website The Irawaddy reported.
"The court denied bail because they are accused in a serious crime case and because they are not Thai nationals," the news outlet quoted Htoo Chit, director of the Thailand-based Foundation for Education Development, which is part of the embassy's team aiding the 21-year-old suspects, as saying.
The bail request was the first for the two men, who are accused of the rape and murder of Briton Hannah Witheridge and the bludgeoning death of David Miller on Sept 15.
Andy Hall, an activist with the Migrant Workers Rights Network, posted on Twitter that the Myanmar government had raised two million baht - more than a third of which came from donations - and expected the two would be granted bail because prosecutors on Nov 20 stated they had no objections to it.
He said embassy officials expected bail to be set at somewhere between 500,000 and one million baht each.
Htoo Chit told The Irawaddy that the embassy team would now take their request to the Appeals Court, saying it had the "full support from the embassy and Myanmar's upper house speaker".

While news media have stirred public interest, the internet has sent it into frenzy. That's true nowhere more so than inside Thailand, where an unprecedented level of social media engagement in the case has forced several turnabouts in the investigation.
At the epicentre of the social media maelstrom lays CSI LA, a Facebook page run by an amateur forensicist that has garnered half-a-million followers - avid armchair detectives whose speculation has forced rare high-level public concessions.
"Because of my effort and our community effort, we were able to gather 100,000 signatures for the petition [calling for a UK police probe]," said David Anantasin, the Thai California resident behind the page.
"I use the concept of crowd sourcing. I utilise people's brains," he told Al Jazeera in a Skype interview.
While police are adamant they nabbed the killers, the internet gumshoes favour a different suspect: the son of a wealthy and influential Koh Tao village headman.
Netizens have speculated that alibi-providing CCTV footage was faked, the headman's son was spirited away to avoid a DNA test, and the highest levels of government are covering for a powerful island mafia. By late October, the outcry had grown so loud the village headman's son voluntarily turned himself in for DNA testing at four separate institutions.
As the tests were carried out, police issued a stern warning.
"Posting or commenting on social media may seem like a lot of fun," Major General Paween Pongsirin told Phuket News, "but it is not so much fun when you are summoned by police to answer criminal charges."
Bilateral mess
Such threats, however, have fallen on deaf ears and the outpouring of criticism has put Thailand's Prime Minister Prayuth Chan-ocha in a harsh limelight.

This interview is worth a watch. Nice to see the perspective of these guys, but I think they might be optimistic on civil and political suppression.

Thread seems to have gone VERY quiet.
I wonder if the police will ever see it the way most of the the rest of the world see it, and let the lads go AND give them a massive compensation pay off ,,,,, courtesy of the the headman who put up 1 Mill to anyone who could link his family.
Just DREAMING !!!

Quite a few tourists have been killed over the years in Thailand, not long after its all forgotten as this will be .
High season is here, Koh Tao will be in full swing making Mega dollars out of tourists as per usual.
The wheel turns.
^ I agree that I doubt anyone is going to scrap a planned holiday over the debacle.
However, Thailand has been receiving more than its fair share of bad press since the incident, not only in the UK but also in other EU Countries. Whether this is more to do with the coup I am not sure.
Flight bookings have been pretty full for the high season since August, before the incident took place, so I wouldn't judge the sentiment on this years' high season. It may just be a case of we've booked already let's hope all goes well.
I imagine there may be a few heated moments between tourists and RTP/military over parasols and sunbathers during the Christmas/New Year break.
