And what about the emote ? Showing your ass will not give more freedom for the womens living under islamic dictatorship.
Sure she's happy and sees whatever happens to her as perfectly normal. She knows no better, so when she's married or sold off to look after the needs of some old guy that beats her when the mood strikes (sic), this too is normal.

Having been weaned on Islam this is what she believes her life should be, and as a mother this is what she'll breed into her own children to perpetuate the repressive ideology.

I guess she want her parents to get a good price/value.

Are those underage tarts walking the streets of Amsterdam happy?
Is this a criminal act or a western religious tradition?

Aren't you and your nephew the same guys that said it was your "right" to control the women in your families? Archaic thinking as it is an archaic religion.

All true. Being secular and basically unreligious myself, I can't 'agree' with any Fundamentalist religious ideology. But when you take one such ideology, in this case Islam, declare it Bad and just look at it through that filter, inevitably you will not get anything remotely resembling an objective or balanced outlook. To put it simply, just look at my "White Watch" thread to see old Whitey treated the same way.

The most interesting defence of what seems to me the anachronistic treatment of women under Islamic Fundamentalism comes from these same Islamic women. In most cases, they look upon women in our society as being degraded and exploited- they do not envy our Femdom at all, in fact feel pity and perhaps contempt for them. Perhaps this is indeed 'bred into them', but perhaps our culture- where a bird with nice tits and arse can be admired because she makes money from these attributes by publicly displaying them- is 'bred into us' too. Both seem a form of bondage to me to be honest. Paris Hilton vs. a fully veiled face- hardly a good advertisement for either culture from where I stand.

The most 'balanced' debate I've read on this whole issue is in Iran, between Progressive and Fundamentalist women. But I have to say, even the Progressive women look upon the Western treatment of women as pretty degrading. So fine, lets look at them critically- as long as we are prepared to look at ourselves critically too.

But this is not only a womens issue. This is about religion, about people especially children being brainwashed at an early age and not having their own choice. Children will always be confronted with some kind of religious ceremonys, rituals etc. (at least we don't tie them to the altar anymore for offerings).
And to make Macha feel better, I feel the same way about his freaky buddys.

Do these children have a choice ?

The problem is there are plenty of uniformed infidels out there. The Qur'an is just one part of the Muslim faith that generally everyone focuses on. They fail to look into the Hadith - the traditions of Muhammad come in. It has volumes and volumes of stories where Muhammad how and it what situations versus in the Qur'an came to him. The Qur'an is often times incomprehensible the ahadith.

The focus of MANY ahadith is war -

In one hadith Muhammad gives 3 choices on how to deal with infidels - invite them to accept Islam, if the accept stop waring against them. If the refuse Islam demand them the Jizya (infidels tax) and if they agree to pay then accept it and don't harm them and finally if the refuse either of those two then seek Allah's help and kill them.

It is what they did then and what Osama bin Laden demanded in a letter to the American people in 2002.

As the thread marches on to the 500 post mark, I may have to turn to religion. With 1.8 billion Muslim terrorist just waiting to strike us infidels, it's a miracle anyone is left to post.

It is the ability for intelligent, logical, rational and considered thoughts such as this which will see 'us' prevail over 'them', the ignorant and stupid Muslims.

It's absolutely impossible to live with muslims. Their goal is just to change our society to suit their religion.

Islam in Europe: UK: Sex offender treatment problematic for Muslims

UK: Sex offender treatment problematic for Muslims

Muslim sex offenders may be allowed to opt out of a treatment programme because it is against their religion, it was revealed today.

The Prison Service's Muslim advisor, Ahtsham Ali, has said there is a "legitimate Islamic position" that criminals should not discuss their crimes with others.

It could mean that Muslims convicted of sex attacks will attempt to avoid the Sex Offender Treatment Programme, which involves group discussions of their crimes.

Although Mr Ali has not yet proposed changes to the rules, he told prisoners' newspaper Inside Time: "I will be taking it forward as a matter of some urgency with colleagues, including those with policy responsibility for the Sex Offender Treatment programme, who I know are very willing to consider and discuss these issues."

The possibility of an exemption for Muslims came to light after an unnamed prisoner wrote to the newspaper asking to clarify the position of Muslims on the programme.

"I have always insisted that it was against Islamic teachings to discuss your offence to anyone, let alone act it out within a peer group," the prisoner wrote.

Mr Ali responded that the issue had been raised twice before but there had not yet been a review of the rules relating to the treatment programme.

A Prison Service spokeswoman said: "We are currently seeking to ensure that the policy for the Sex Offender Treatment Programme is sensitive to the diversity of religions within the prison context.

"The programme is suitable for any prisoner with a current or previous conviction for a sexual offence, or another offence which has an identifiable sexual element.

"Membership of a particular religion is not a bar to participation in accredited programmes."

Editor of the Prisons Handbook, Mark Leech, said: "Muslims who don't want to take part in the course may have to spend more time in prison, because their risk of reoffending will not be assessed as part of the treatment programme.

"This would be quite right, because we have to think about the victim. I think it is feasible there may be a judicial review so that Muslim sex offenders get a dispensation from the rules. There are precedents for allowing dispensations on cultural grounds - for example, wearing a crash helmet is the law but if you are a Sikh man you can have a dispensation from that rule."

The Prison Service spokeswoman added: "As well as being suitable for the programme based on an analysis of their risk and need, offenders must be ready and willing to fully engage in the programme because the programme requires analysis of the offence.

"To assess an offender's readiness, and to ensure that the programme is responsive to their particular needs, a range of factors are considered. These include intellectual ability, language, literacy, dyslexia, mental and physical health, disability, drug use and psychopathic traits, as well as religious or cultural issues."

One expert said Muslim offenders who were forced to stay in prison longer because they refused to take part in the treatment could bring legal action against the Prison Service.

Assistant general secretary of probation union Napo, Harry Fletcher, said the situation presented an "intractable problem".

"The logic is that Muslims cannot take part in offender programmes and therefore their offending behaviour cannot be assessed and they are unlikely to be granted parole. They may then seek legal redress through judicial review on the grounds that they are being discriminated against on the grounds of religion," he said.

"If they do not take part, Muslim sex offenders are likely to serve longer sentences, possibly the whole of their term, before they are released."

Islam in Europe: UK: Prisoners refuse to take part in rehabilitation programs

UK: Prisoners refuse to take part in rehabilitation programs
Scores of the Britain's 10,000 Muslim prisoners - who account for one in eight of all inmates - are refusing to take part in Offending Behaviour Programmes (OBPs ), claiming it is 'forbidden' or 'Haraam'.

Haraam refers to anything that is prohibited by faith, and in Islamic culture criminals are barred from discussing their offences with others.

Previously, Muslim prisoners refused to take part in Sex Offender Treatment Programmes because it involved talking about offences against women, but now some are refusing to take part in all rehabilitation sessions where they have to 'open up' in front of other cons.

Among the courses some Muslims - who now make up 12 per cent of the prison population - are declining to take part in are the Cognitive Self Change Programme (CSCP), just one of 13 OBPs on offer from the prison service,

The CSCP, which treats 7,000 prisoners each year, targets 'high risk violent offenders' and offers individual and group sessions to prisoners.

The course claims to: "Equip prisoners with skills to help them control their violence and avoid reconviction.

    (...)

One Muslim prisoner, Abu Dira, a maximum security prisoner at HMP Long Lartin in Worcestershire, said this week: "Muslims cannot speak about their past crimes in a group setting.

"It is an established concept within the Sharia that a Muslim must not speak about the Haraam - prohibited things - and certainly should not advertise past mistakes to their peers."

He says that it is clear from the words of Islamic prophet Muhammad, called a Hadith, that it was wrong to talk about past crimes.

He said: "This is clearly supported by Hadith - If you keep your evil away from the people, Allah will record this as a charitable act from yourself for yourself, so corruption is not to be spread amongst Muslims."

    (....)

A Prison Service spokesperson confirmed that a review of procedures was underway and that discussions were being held with Muslim prison chiefs.

He said: "A very small number of Muslim prisoners have raised concerns with the Muslim Adviser.

"The Muslim Adviser is looking at different Islamic standpoints so there can be further discussion."

He said, however, that at the moment no Muslim prisoner would be exempt from a rehab course on the grounds of religion alone.

    (...)

In 2008 the Prison Service's Muslim Adviser Ahtsham Ali said it was a 'legitimate Islamic position' that criminals should not discuss their crimes with others.

Islam in Europe: Aarhus: Kindergartens drop pork from menu
Aarhus: Kindergartens drop pork from menu

The six Langenęsstien kindergartens in Aarhus will not be serving meatballs, liver pate or sausages any more.

The administration has decided to drop pork from the menu, both in order to have healthier food and to prevent the Muslim children from accidentally eating the meat, says day-care manager Ruth Theilmann of Langenęsstien.

She says there were various people who could say that pork is a core values, but they don't think so, while it means a lot to the Muslim parents.

The Danish People's Party recently proposed that municipalities will require their institutions to serve a certain percentage of pork since it's traditional Danish food. But the argument is completely lost on Ruth Theilmann.

"So what do they know of other traditions? If I look at my own traditions, there's hasn't been a lot of pork in my home, neither as an adult nor as a child." She adds that the DPP are working out of a political perspective, while the kindergartens don't work this way.

The Danish parents have taken the pork-free menu calmly, and Ruth Theilman says there have been no reactions from them.

"It's not essential for the parents group here in the kindergarten that our children will have pork," Martin Ehlers, representative of the parents, told TV2.

But the Muslim parents are very happy that pork was replaced with chicken or lamb in the kindergartens.

"They're happy about it, and it's a good foundation for working together when it should not be a barrier when we talk together," says Ruth Theilmann.
Which other social community is such an headache to deal with ? The muslims insidiously infiltrate and corrupt our western community. And most of them are welcome by corrupted governments to live on social security benefits in Europe. France and Great Britain being the leaders in this scam.

Wallalai, why is this so important for you and the semi-facist DPP ?
You can read in your qoute that there are no reactions from etnic danes to this.

Why buy and prepare food that won't be eaten ?

I don't know the percentage of muslim kids in this area, but if was above 50, would you agree that it would be sensible not to serve pork ?
    40 ? 30?

You have an agenda, and the parents just want their lifes to function.

I guess you can find better examples than this.

^You make a fair point but on the evidence of some of the posters in this thread the "religious" part of "fundamentalist religious bigots" might be a little superfluous; I can well imagine some of the plain old garden variety fundamentalist bigots must be hard to live with too.
