They issue irrefutable facts and then cover them in propaganda (which is always the same) which suits the owners of the countries. Take for example the report on US torture. The facts are the US are guilty of systemic torturing of innocent people and the results of that torture has proven to be useless, and yet the media present it as "well, this happened and now WE ARE ALL GOING TO DIE FROM MUSLIMS ATTACKING US. Fear. Give us MORE POWER".
