It seems like Charles Krauthammer is always at Fox News. Does he sleep there? Every time he appears to spread the right wing commentator opinion he looks like someone just woke him up.
Another thing I've noticed about Fox is that at the end of Bret Baier's hourly show he always runs something funny. It happens that none of the funny stuff he runs comes from Fox. In fact, none of the funny stuff on any of the shows on Fox comes from Fox. Fox has no problem running funny stuff from the evil mainstream media to add a smile to their shows. Why would Fox run evil stuff on their shows? Just shows more of the hypocrisy of Fox hate TV.
Time after time these reports come out, yet the right never sees them, nor do they see all the news (I do visit a few right wing sites and never see certain stories that other news agencies are carrying at the time), because FOX has an agenda and for some part, FOX’s agenda includes keeping the American public misinformed.
Here’s a report (Dec 10, 2010) that shows just how misinformed these FOX viewers (not all of them) are.
Those who watched Fox News almost daily were significantly more likely than those who never watched it to believe that:
most economists estimate the stimulus caused job losses (12 points more likely)
most economists have estimated the health care law will worsen the deficit (31 points)
the economy is getting worse (26 points)
most scientists do not agree that climate change is occurring (30 points)
the stimulus legislation did not include any tax cuts (14 points)
their own income taxes have gone up (14 points)
the auto bailout only occurred under Obama (13 points)
when TARP came up for a vote most Republicans opposed it (12 points)
and that it is not clear that Obama was born in the United States (31 points)

Keep your friends close and your enemies closer.
One thing I have noticed lately on Fox News is they seem to be degrading John Stewart more and more. It seems like they feel threaten by him now. With the 911 bill getting attention from John Stewart's efforts, the Fox and Friends morning staff went off on him the other day complaining about mixing comedy and serious issues because his campaign to bring recognition to the 911 guys wasn't comical. They really seemed to be trying to devalue Stewart and his show. I think it is a result of the fact that he is growing in popularity. They just feel threatened by him. The idea of mixing comedy and serious issues can't be any worse than mixing hate and serious issue which is what Fox news is all about. The joke is on Fox news and their staff!

No, nothing new; just a concise observation.

I try not to watch Fox very often, 'cos obviously for an English liberal atheist commie pinko subversive like me, being shouted at by retarded American neo-con bible bashers is about as much fun as dick surgery. But I've tuned in recently just to see how lathered they're getting about the recent name-calling after the Tucson outrage. What strikes me as really weird, though, is not so much the whining about being called out on hate speech, but the line ups on their programs.

Can you get Fox News in Thailand?
From everything I've heard, no satellite provider carries it?
Or, you are not in LOS?
Here are three would be assassins who's actions are directly attributable to the Glen Beck show. Thwarted, fortunately.
BROCK: But this is not street theater, as you know. I mean, Glenn Beck himself has been responsible for three thwarted assassination attempts this year, and Sarah Palin hasn't condemned that.
MATTHEWS: How is he responsible for them?
BROCK: Well, you want to know what they are?
MATTHEWS: You said it.
BROCK: Yeah, sure. So, he burned Nancy Pelosi in effigy on his set. He tried to poison her with a chalice, OK? Some weeks later, somebody tried to firebomb Nancy Pelosi's house. That guy's mother went on television and said he gets all of his ideas from Fox News. Do you know about Senator Patty Murray and the death threat that she got?
MATTHEWS: No, go ahead.
BROCK: OK. It's recorded -- the guy says after the health care vote. He says you have a target on your back and I can accomplish what I want to accomplish with one bullet. Now he's tried, convicted, and in the sentencing phase, his cousin writes in for leniency, and she describes in a very chilling memo -- it's on our website -- that he was slowly drawn into Glenn Beck's world. And she portrays the guy, the attempted assassin, Charlie Wilson, as a victim of Beck.
And number three, which you probably do know about, this liberal foundation in San Francisco was targeted by a gunman, Byron Williams, in June. The shooter gave jailhouse interviews, and we published them, and he says Glenn Beck is this schoolteacher on television and points to specific episodes of the Glenn Beck show that inspired him do it. Trust in Fox News plummets: poll
In the space of one year, Fox News has lost its perch as the most trusted TV news network in the US and is now average at best, a new survey has found.
A poll gauging public trust in TV news has found that PBS is the most trusted name in news, while trust in Fox News has dropped significantly.
According to a survey from Public Policy Polling (http://publicpolicypolling.blogspot.com/2011/01/our-second-annual-tv-news-trust-poll.html) , "a year ago a plurality of Americans said they trusted Fox News. Now a plurality of them don't."
In a survey taken a year ago, PPP found that Fox was the most trusted news network, with 49 percent saying they trusted the network, and 37 percent saying they did not. In the new poll, 42 percent said they trusted the network while 46 percent disagreed.
The new reigning champion is PBS, which was not included in last year's inaugural poll. The public broadcaster was found to be trusted by 50 percent of respondents, and distrusted by 30 percent -- the closest any news network has come to gaining the trust of a majority of Americans.

Piers Morgan beats Sean Hannity in the 25-54 demographic
After scoring big in the prime-time ratings wars with a debut show featuring Oprah Winfrey, Piers Morgan was hoping that his second guest, Howard Stern, would "keep the ratings momentum going."
As it turns out, Stern wasn't able to deter a considerable decline in "Piers Morgan Tonight's" total viewers, which fell to 1.27 million on Tuesday night from 2.1 million on Monday, according to Nielsen. But he did help CNN's 9 p.m. hour score a rare win among viewers ages 25 to 54 over Fox News Channel's Sean Hannity, whose 506,000 viewers in that key demographic were bested by Morgan's 551,000.
Hannity's total viewers showed a slight drop-off on Tuesday -- 2.18 million, down from the 2.4 million Sarah Palin brought him the night before. MSNBC's Rachel Maddow had about 1.13 million total viewers during the same window.

A Deplorable Bitter Clinger

The course of true love never did run smooth…
MSNBC anchor Chris Matthews appeared on Morning Joe, Friday, to slam President Obama’s handling of the escalating crisis in Egypt, saying it made him “ashamed as an American.”
Matthews, who famously declared Obama gave him a “thrill” up his leg, excoriated what he perceived to be the President’s disloyalty to Egypt’s leader, Hosni Mubarak.
The Hardball host berated, “And Barack Obama, as much I support him in many ways, there is a transitional quality to the guy that is chilling.” He added, “I believe in relationships…You treat your friends a certain way. You’re loyal to them.”
Matthews has previously lauded the authoritarian Mubarak. Pointing out Mubarak’s stand against Hezbollah and other extremist elements in the region, the anchor on January 31 wondered, “How can you say he’ll easily be replaced? This guy’s the George Washington of peace over there.

Lets hope they are inspired by the brave demonstrators in the Middle east. Americans need to take their country back, and insist on an accountable government again. Or will they slip back into complacent ignorance, and degradation.
