Well rarely I will agree with you on that. CNN has more boots on the ground in conflict zones (or access to them) then almost all other news sources. When they changed their format to this type of commentary form of reporting they lowered themselves to fox and msnbc. I miss tuning into CNN and getting shit straight up.

The truth is that cable news is dead to me. I rely on other sources for information. You like most old white men are still bound to it.

I want to watch Fox News now and am disappointed I can't see it here in Thailand.

Man and boys/girls . . . I think they shot themselves in the foot with this one, though ratings could go up with increased 'liberal' viewers, but that would be offset by knuckledraggers switching off because their little idols are getting whipped

I think those gritty Fox presenters deserve medals of some sort. Imagine waking up every morning, year in year out, thinking "Oh God. Another fekkin day talking about exactly the same crap I've had to talk about since I've forgotten when." And they don't commit suicide. Even for a moron that is True Grit.

I watched a fairly recent O'Reilly interview on the subject of Benghazi with Carville. Carville handled himself in a cool and well reasoned manner specifically refuting all of O'Reilly's talking points. In frustration all O'Reilly could offer in rebuttal was "I'm not interested in facts". Pretty much sums up Fox's attitude to most things. I'm sure Carville will acquit himself well against any match up Fox can come up with.

Carville must have 'mellowed' in recent years because he was literally that Raging Cajun who looked like he's stroke-out whenever a slightly conservative talking point was brought up.

You really do live in an alternate reality. Anyone who sees anything on fox news as remotely close to rational has lost all touch with reality, furthermore Carville is very much a centrist and happens to be married to a Republican.

Carville is a political strategist. His views are centrist and has never been shy about disagreeing publicly with Obama. His delivery, however, can be grating and that combined with his smeagle-like visage makes him seem more sinister than he really is.
