It's amazing what those libbie boys and girls are doing in Congress. Here's one bill that passed the House...

Last week, Rep. Louis Gohmert was outraged with House Judiciary Democrats because of their refusal to exclude pedophiles from special protection under the pending federal hate crimes bill, HR 1913. He said this meant if a parent physically defended their child from attempted rape by a pedophile, that pedophile could have the parent arrested for "bias-motivated assault"-a federal hate crime!

The leader of a pro-family organization says families across the nation need to contact their U.S. senators now to try to derail a legislative plan that already has passed the U.S. House and is being awaited by President Obama – after a Democrat confirmed it would protect "all 547 forms of sexual deviancy or 'paraphilias' listed by the American Psychiatric Association."

As H.R. 1913, the House version of the Local Law Enforcement Hate Crimes Prevention Act bill, the plan was adopted on a 249-175 vote, but not before several amendments were proposed by Republicans trying to mitigate the impact of the law.

I don't see whats got your panties in a twist about this Jet- the Federal legislation is merely being expanded, to broaden the definition of 'Hate crimes' to match that which already exists in most US states. Which includes sexual orientation.

The current statutes permit federal prosecution of hate crimes committed on the basis of a person's race, color, religion, or nation origin when engaging in a federally protected activity. Legislation is currently pending that would add gender, sexual orientation, gender-identity, and disability to this list, as well as remove the prerequisite that the victim be engaging in a federally protected activity

Paedophilia seems to be the modern day Witch hunt, but someone who is a convicted Pedo may vary between an archetypal sexual predator, and someone who had a consensual relationship with an underaged person, paid the price and is reformed. That person deserves legal protection from a Lynch mob. Similarly, transvestites are a pretty weird bunch imo- but TV is not illegal. They too have the same legal rights as anyone else in spite of their gender orientation.

Incidentally, the list of States that already have this legislation in force includes Texas, which is about as blue as you can get-

First the Democrats put a programmed Muslim terrorist in the White House. Now they're passing laws so that homos can rape American children while parents can only look on helplessly.
