The point, seemingly way over your pointy wee head, is that the fourteen year old boys were children, near to education subnormality ( something with which you are probably well acquainted) and were led initially by the victims into sexual activity, whereas that wretched person was a responsible adult who deliberately and with malice aforethought sought to incite others to commit murder by arson.
