Here's how and why.
The Sacrifice of Gaza's Palestinians by Hamas that no one talks about
Hamas, elected in the only elections held in Gaza in 2007, has not allowed any subsequent elections. Their initial act involved violently eliminating rivals from Fatah, the Palestinian Authority in control of the West Bank. This included brutal public killings.
The original Hamas charter, modified under international pressure, called for the destruction of Israel and the eradication of Jews, symbolized by the phrase "from the river to the sea" indicating the area from the Jordan River to the Mediterranean Sea.
Despite receiving billions of dollars and Euros in aid intended for Gaza's reconstruction and improvement of Palestinian lives, poverty remains rampant. Much of this aid was diverted by Hamas for establishing a militarized state, including extensive underground tunnels, rocket and bomb factories, and training camps. These funds also enriched Hamas leaders, who reside in luxury in Qatar and Turkey, collectively amassing over 11 billion dollars.
Hamas's failure to alert Gaza's population about an impending war suggests a deliberate concealment. They had over two years to prepare and protect civilians but chose not to, potentially sacrificing thousands of lives and critical infrastructure like hospitals.
Why didn't Hamas un their 2 years of planning didn't plan how to prepare and protect the people of Gaza for the coming war that they knew is coming? No one seems to be able to answer this question for a month now. Maybe you can?
Hamas's actions reflect a desire to disrupt the normalization process between Israel and Saudi Arabia, Iran's adversary. Iran, Hamas's primary sponsor, provides financial and military support. The war was seemingly orchestrated at Iran's behest.
Hamas's ideology views Palestinians as a 'Nation of Martyrs,' valuing martyrdom over earthly life. This perspective is often incomprehensible to Western societies.
In their strategy, Hamas not only disregards but also exploits Palestinian deaths for propaganda. They have repeatedly forced civilians to remain in targeted areas, even using hospitals and ambulances for military purposes. During humanitarian ceasefires, Hamas leaders' families were among the first to leave Gaza.
This war, characterized by Hamas as having 'No Rules,' demonstrates a blatant disregard for civilian life and international norms.
Both Hamas and its sponsor, Iran, are seen as sacrificing Gaza for their objectives. While Hezbollah threatens to intervene in support of Hamas ONLY, their priority is not the welfare of the Palestinian people, but the Hamas agenda.
The conflict has resulted in the deaths of approximately 1,500 Israelis and 12,000 Palestinians, underscoring the devastating human cost of these actions.
Hamas, if unchecked, poses a significant threat to global stability.
HAMAS IS STILL SACRIFICING GAZA
I'm a Zionist so don't take my word for it.
