You keep forgetting that Chomsky said it was an illegal invasion and will go down as one of the biggest war crimes of the century.

Yes, as he said like Iraq. Chomsky is a peacenik, Kissinger certainly isn't. They are conjoined by a common cause, of calling out the bullshit narrative that the Russian invasion of Ukraine was totally unprovoked for the absolute, utter bullshit it is.

Putin has finally admitted to what it was all the time. At least he wont need to check himself anymore when answering questions. Other than that it changes nothing.

Russia has lost far more than it cares to admit but Putin has been preparing for the war for a long time and at present there is at best a temporary stalemate, at least until the ground freezes significently. Russians have a different world view partly from culture and partly from Putins propaganda. Putin will not lose support until it badly impacts the life of everyday Russians and that is unlikely for some time yet. They are currently a 1.7 trillion economy facing the resources of a collective 40 trillion economy. It doesnt take a genius to see whatever the final outcome Russia will become a financially weak economy and will probably drop out of the G20 by the end of next year as its significence and standing in the world as any sort of power declines.

The problem with Sabangs outcome is that even if correct it will not remove sanctions and its ability to fund its army will decline along with its GDP. Combine this with much of the world accelerating its transition from fossil fuels, Russias relevance will slowly decline anyway. Combine this with a gradual brain drain and limited access to western tecnology to foster alternative industries, it is difficult to see the federation not starting to fracture. In short there is no win for Russia. The Ukraine already a military disaster, will become an economic disaster as well. In fact losing to Ukraine maybe the best outcome for the Russian people in the long run.

If the provocation is not enough to justify it, then it is a moot point. And the biggest peddlers of bullshit are the Russians, and you.

Kreminna is under siege and according to Russian milbloggers it has fallen. Svatove is being pushed as well. The situation is dynamic and unfolding, but we could be looking at the collapse of Russian forces in Luhansk Oblast.

Just follow bsnubs tweetybird link above, to see the reply immediately below the two masked men purporting to be Wagner mercenaries. The 5th OMBR of the Ukrainian army does not want to stay in Bakhmut, because it is a meat grinder. "Today we lost 32 men from our squad. Only 6 came out". They are not wearing masks.

Ukrainian propagandists fail to instigate conflict between russian military commander

UKRAINIAN PROPAGANDISTS FAIL TO INSTIGATE CONFLICT BETWEEN RUSSIAN MILITARY COMMANDERS

The war in Ukraine has clearly demonstrate that the Kiev regime is more concerned of the informational war against Russia than of the military developments on the battlefields. It is not for nothing that the power in the war-torn country remains in the hands of a showman, and the centers for information and psychological operations (CIPSO) of the Ukrainian Armed Forces (UAF), supported by the Ukrainian media and MSM, have found unprecedented fame, despite the fact that most of their operations turned out to be a complete failure.

Another artless informational operation against the Russian military is currently ongoing on social networks. It was likely launched by Ukrainian propagandists who are acting under control of British instructors.

A fake video was spread in the Ukrainian and English media in an attempt to instigate the alleged conflict between the head of Wagner PMC Yevgeny Prigozhin and the chief of the Russian General Staff, General Gerasimov.

The video allegedly shows Wagner fighters insulting the Russian General. According to the scenario, the fake Wagner fighter were left without weapons ang could not support their comrades who were fighting “the entire Ukrainian Army” in Bakhmut. In his turn, General Gerasimov pays no attention to the claims of the PMCs who burst to go into action.
The mockable parody on Wagner fighters was widely spread in the Internet and was also published by Ukrainian media. The reports are traditionally based on claims of anonymous military sources. Ukrainian media supported the media campaign and developed the story. Headlines like “Prigozhin blames Shoigu and Gerasimov for failures” are see in the Ukrainian state media.
However, the incompetence of Ukrainian propagandists makes exposing of their fakes rather boring. The Ukrainian fake Wagner fighters are not good actors, they are also not competent in distinguishing uniforms. On the video the wannabe actor has a bulletproof vest of the special forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Corsair-Assault 1-4.
The fake conflict between the Russian military was likely aimed to slander Mr Prigozhin and Russian military command. However, the special operation failed before it began.

I cant verify the authenticity of snubs video, but there is no need to instigate conflict between Russian military commanders, it is already happening. You can read their own words:

Nepotism in the army will lead to no good,” Kadyrov said, adding that the commander of Russian forces in the area should be stripped of his medals and sent to the front line with a gun to wash away his shame with blood.

Asked about Kadyrov’s remarks, Yevgeny Prigozhin – whose Wagner mercenary group is fighting in Ukraine with the backing of Moscow – congratulated the Chechen leader

“Ramzan – you rock man!” Prigozhin, known as Putin’s chef due to his company’s Kremlin catering contracts, said in a statement. “All these bastards should be sent barefoot to the front with automatic guns.”

SCMP article from 3rd October- doesn't seem like fake news to me, assisted by the fact it is a credible source. In contrast snubski's Tweet is fake news, and a very clumsy attempt at falsification. Predictably, it has been extensively retweeted around the twitter verse, and even taken up by Ukrainian state propaganda- which just highlights the lack of credibility of these parties.

You have no proof it is fake other than a Russian propaganda site saying it is. The same propaganda site that lies about there being no conflict between Russian military commanders, among other things. You really are looking for any little crumb to get one up on snubbie, who has proved you wrong multiple times. Pathetic.

Still waiting on your Intel Slava Z retraction btw.

It is fake pickle, and one example among many enthusiastically foisted by Ukrainian and pro-Ukrainian propaganda sources. I am not exactly the only person on the web to have noticed this, repeatedly. So it's the good old fable of "the Boy that cried Wolf".

An "intelligent reader" might look at it and say "maybe true, maybe not, I'll wait for more evidence." And then there is you. Caught out posting something proven to be fake, and no retraction. Pathetic.

And then you get childish shit like this from snubski, the absolute worst offender:-
What are you reading? It is a never-ending shit storm of propaganda and lies with you two clowns.

Does that not mean all ukrainian combatants must be treated as prisoners of war under the protection of the Geneva convention. Someone better send the Russians a copy. It's obvious they've never read it.

Russian air base in Southern Russia has been bombed for the second time in a month. Once again the Ukrainians have shown the inability of Russian defence to protect their own bases against fairly low tech weaponry. The damage done is less important than the blow to Russian defense morale as well as another uncomfortable day for Putin. While the Russians stated the drones were destroyed before hitting the airport, the CCTV footage says differently. The airport distance is aparently further than Moscow. Military analysts will be having a field day on why such low tech weaponry got so far into Russian territory without detection/destruction. Yet another arrow in the myth of a great military power. Putins military is proving each day it is more like a sheep dressed up in wolfs clothing. Just as an aside one must give credit to Elvita Nabiullina, governor of the Russian central bank who has done well to stave off a Russian financial collapse. Whilst the Russian economy is declining she has done well to arrest the inevitable and buy Putin much more time. Sadly her talent has aided the death and destruction in Ukraine and she is therefore complicit in Russian war crimes.

Ukrainian troops have lost a key stronghold in the village of Bakhmutskoye, which gives the RF Armed Forces the opportunity to advance in the southern part of Soledar

.... The loss of the Armed Forces of Ukraine of a key stronghold in the village of Bakhmutskoye gives Russian assault groups the opportunity to advance in the southern part of Soledar with access to Privokzalnaya Street and further to the railway track.
