Different statistical body’s use different methodology. The EU uses its own methods and statistics, enabling choices, where it should not be possible to pat yourself on the back when you did the counting.

I merely pointed out that fact to PH, who assumed, incorrectly that I was critical of his stats. I was not.

The fact that SA and PH have different figures for the same product, service or demographic, proves my point quite nicely thank you.
