The question of asking them about the actual planes, is exactly like the one about their experience and background - to be avoided like the plague, because they know deep down inside, that their credentials and claims wont stand up to scrutiny.

Just as I have no issue sharing that I was schooled in a French school, was university educated, studied psychology for 9 years, and that I grew up in a commercial airline family (father was an airline pilot, mother an aeronautics & structural engineer), with an extended family of doctors & engineers. Certainly a decent background to evaluate crazy claims, and giving me enough real-world resources to fall back on for knowledge.

Just as we have an actual fireman (enjoy the beach, Terry) and a genuine artillery officer, and expert in battle damage assessment on here - so it's not unreasonable to ask ENT and Shaggy about what they bring to the table.
