I am developing a chocolate eating disorder. I had a really rich chocolate brownie for lunch yesterday, I ate three chocolate biscuits on Friday, and I had dark chocolate with my breakfast this morning.
Last week I had a cheese eating disorder: extra mature cheddar, creamy Cambozola, super white Stilton and wonderful Wensleydale.
I don't know which is worse, but I'm part excited and part worried about next week's eating disorder.
I have an avocado eating disorder. It does not help that our trees are dropping 2-5 avocados everyday. I can’t let them go to waste!

Hmmm MM on only fans!!
Would pay better than teaching!
I'm in
^Thanks, but not my jam really.
Anyway, Nev/Willy can make fun of BED, but read a bit on it to educamate yourself a bit.
Thanks BLD. I'm taking a break for awhile to focus more on this healthy eating and gym stuff. I just feel like some of you don't appreciate what I'm doing here, and some just make fun. I like to share my food and what I'm doing, but not going through shit for just wanting to post on my own thread without harassment and stalking.
But you did before - the "Classic Keto diet"
MM's Keto Treats
So was the keto diet a lifestyle for you.
I'm glad you've now chosen another new lifestyle.
Absolut, educational mating can shed a lot of weight, have always enjoyed horizontal jogging, problem I often fancy a nibble after a vigourous 45 minutes when changing ends and a cold one afterwards.
Interestingly Keto is the capital of Ecaudor,in the shade of the Cenicero Luminoso, founded by Burnhardo Pogmothoin O'Bigguns.
My private ecaudor is equal to half of my out stretched arms, if you try it Rio style redeemer people will look up to you, tho men don't knock off women they put on pedestals
Bacon with a bok choy omelette going down.
Will do a 40km bike ride to start off the week in another 30 mins. Onwards and upwards boys and girls, flouncers and men, tards n lovers.
We got dis.
I did get edumacated, after reading up on BED after you mentioned it. I had never really looked into it before, so it was interesting to learn that the recommended course of action is not to try to alter one's diet and try to lose weight, but to use therapy without any diet adjustments.
How long have you suffered from BED and what treatment have you previously sought?
Open question for Mendy and Dill.
^ I haven't been following this thread, but for your information I was out of BED at 3:30am to day. I've decided to stop fighting my insomnia and just get up when I wake up. By 5:30am I had done 5km fast walk on the treadmill (40 minutes) and a further 20 minutes weights and stuff.
That's my 2024 routine 5 days a week, sometimes followed by 50 lengths in the pool in the evening but the water's too cold just now.

Mendy should start a support group thread.
WITH LOTS OF CAPITAL LETTERS AND EXCLAMATION MARKS!!!
Sir Mendip The Champion.
Top man.
Give the herbal tea a go for a month or so in the evenings. I've luckily never suffered from any night time ailment, but no harm in giving it a go. It's very very soothing and relaxing.
Boil up a big pot with chamomile, lavender, jasmine and a stick of cinnamon. We also add sliced ginger and lemongrass, which apparently is good for yer insides more than anything else. Sip over the course of an evening and relax. It's very chilling.
I'm reordering a batch in the next few days and pretty sure I still have your address.
Lemme know in the repo with 'Will give it a go' in the next few days and I'll send you up packets of each.
Definitely a Monday Morning Sesh.
A slow n steady 40km in 1 hr 50 mins to start the week.
Staying up until 1:30am to watch a useless bunch of overpaid koonts scrape past some Welsh non-division snooker team probably didn't help.
Back home for some Vitamin B.
Bacon, lettuce and tomaterrr.
A nice healthy balanced munch.
