^ there's a moral there somewhere
Beer comes1st
Drink it before you walk up the stairs
^ No push ups. I can do them and clap my hands again now
Walked 4kms to the pub and back again after a bowl of soup and a glass of water
Why did you have almost 4,000 steps not at a healthy pace? Not crawling home I hope..
My stride's not a metre a step
Those 7185 steps would account for most of the 8km.
The other kilometre is walking round the house scratching my nuts
Sorry I don't like warm beer.
Due to a wifi mix up, the food app sent me two breakfasts this morning. I only took enough cash down to pay for one.
Up and down 4 flights X2 constitutes my work out for today.
I will warm down later with an unhurried trip to pick up my 3kg load of laundry.
After two breakfasts, I now need a good dump. Excellent weight loss programme too.
2,500km race down Ireland's Transatlantic way next summer - and I'm training to win it. No B&Bs just bivvys and bothies.
Taking care of the top-end fitness first, improving Vo2max and anaerobic threshold, then I'll likely cycle the Cornish coast in a single sitting to fine tune the ultra endurance aspect.
All in preparation for the Mekhong trip, you understand.
You'll need to pack a few pies and bottles of Seesip-Chang spritzer for that ultra trek, Slap.
I'm confident the Irish will be able to accommodate
^ You'll get fuck all out of that cheap fucker Luigi
Good luck on the warm up
Today, I caught an elevator to the lobby then walked into my Van and sat for 2.5 hrs to CB. I did a virtual 500 sit ups and then stopped at Inthanine for a Green tea with milk. (Wan Noi mind, you, trying to save the sugar calories for later when I start dropping Bourbon on the rocks sitting on the beach).
Now for fun, The other day I took the fire exit at my condo and walked up 23 stories. I was thinking..."FK There is no signal in here. If I have an issue I am SOL" I did make it but will only do that going down from now on. It easier.
Well done JP. how long did it take you to do the 23 floors?
1.4 kgs from the target
^ congratulations - the sweet sound of success within easy reach.
Set the goal and the plan and stick with it. Congratulations Dill.
^ Thank you.
Celebrating with a green curry and a few San Mig lites.
Reckon I'm two weeks away max now. Will dial these long walks in then
