It is known as the land of deep fried everything, if that helps with your question.

Into the Airfryer, the instructions say 200c for 10 minutes with one shake at half-time but I gave them 12 minutes, half a dozen shakes, and seasoned them with Garlic salt during cooking.

And there we go, crispy on the outside and soft centres with a good taste. Will definitely buy another bag for the freezer, perfect when the craving for a plate of chips kicks in

McCains is actually a Canadian company, though, oddly, the air fryer version isn't available here.

Add a twist of flair to your 1.1Kg cottage pie by adding some grated cheese

Impressive foil container, pie looks good for store bought. Cheese topping makes it a 'thatched' pie.

Read this recipe about adding sugar to mustard and searing the joint before throwing it in the oven for 2 hours..

    Life's too short...

Chucked some foil over it, plonked in the oven and told alexa to set timer.

You can do it with a ham as well.

I did one for my mum and dad at Christmas a few years ago with sugar, mustard and cloves and cooked it in cider.

My mum loved the ham but just had to put up with me and my dad for 3 days pissed up on the easy rider.

In the absence of alcohol, I love a pint of gravy on the side with my dinner too.
