Elvis the Crocodile tried to eat his keeper but took a lawnmower instead....

A hungry saltwater crocodile named Elvis with an apparent affinity for household machinery charged at an Australian reptile park worker before stealing his lawn mower.

"Before we knew it, the crocodile had the mower above his head," Tim Faulkner a witness said.

"He got his jaws around the top of the mower and picked it up and took it underwater with him."

The reptile workers quickly left the crocodile's space. Elvis appeared to enjoy his newly aquired mower and sat guarding it until he was bribed with some Kangroo meat to give up.

Fish are an odd lot.
They lurk around underwater taking stock of the various titbits thrown in their general direction attached to an hook.
They have learned to speak with the fish with no lips who have taken to miming with their remaining bits.

I can't post the story pics I'm afraid but, msn ran a story about Dusit Zoo (bkk) feeding their Koi with baby bottles. Quite amusing, not sure if this is new but thought it may be of interest.

I had a goldfish once, I won him at a fair.
I really wanted a coconut but i was allergic to things with hair.
As a precaution mum made me choose the goldfish as my prize.
So as an act of rebellion when i got home i plucked out both its eyes.

(I didn't really, i shagged it up the shitter, but that doesn't rhyme).
