Seem to recall the mythbusters had a couple of goes at this. Peeing on a rail (train third rail) was pretty busted as the urine stream would break up too much.

However, on a second go at it they showed that peeing on an electric fence could cause electrocution, although how close some one was peeing was the key factor.
