Thread: Turn your PC into something about as flexible as a manual typewriter

All the shared PC's at my university (500+) are frozen. each account has a network drive on the server.

Actually its more than 500, each lab has 30PCs and my building alone there are at least 10 computer labs, then we have the library which has hundreds of PCs on one level then all the other buildings have their own labs, so it is probably closer to 2000+ frozen computers. This is just one campus, there are 3 other campuses.

It would be a nightmare for the IT guys to maintain the computers if they were not frozen.
