Anyone is allowed to post the truth but in a defamation case the defendant needs to prove they had a valid reason to print/post their comments and that it doesn't defame the plaintiff.

For example, when the Bangkok Post printed pictures of the cracks in the suvarnbhum airport runway and Thaksin sued the journalist and publisher for 500 million baht each, Thaksin would have won the case if it hadn't been settled out of court because although the paper had a valid reason to print the pictures (news paper) the pictures damaged the image of the country and it's political leader at that time.

How many posts are there a month, compared with say a year ago? I see on another forum posts are down about 50% over last year and hardly anyone is ever logged in (thai360) what are you doing right that others are not doing, or cannot be bothered to do?

When you have to wait an age for a responce to a post it makes you post less and then others post less. Vicious cycle it is. Start a forum war to liven things up and improve vital statistics.

Even DD get's moderated...
