Crazy weather, bitterly cold winter in the USA with a record snow storm in February, followed by record amounts of tornadoes and now record a heatwave.

Friggin pussies, we get those temperatures every year here in Perth,Our last summer was appalling I must say .

But those temp in New York would be brutal because of the heat being retained in between those friggin buildings.

Ever hear of the urban heat island effect?

It's a 105f here right now with sky high humidity, I think that is 40c. I live in a high density urban area in an old brick row home, so its like a fucking sauna. I don't mind though, I haven't even turned the AC on yet, I really only use it to sleep. Many of my friends from tropical countries like Indonesia remark on how much hotter it gets here in the summer then even back home, because of the urban heat island phenomenon.

I'm sure its dam hot in that city mate and I don't want to sound uniformed but here in Perth last summer we had a run of days banging up to 43 deg and 40 deg days are the norm these days in the middle of summer. This summer was a shocker.

On top of that the bush stars burning on the fringes of the city and the boys are out fighting them in that bladdy heat.

    Jeez bro, thats friggin hot.

Anyway, hope it cools down soon.

    Cheers.
