Yes you are. According to the link you posted ('Highest Reported Crime Rates') the most dangerous country in the world is... [drum roll]... Iceland.

Indeed it does; but intimating that it's exclusively a Maori problem/issue is way off base and misleading. As too is the suggestion that 'New Zealand is a very violent place' relative to any other country.
