unless the rich countries come up with the money for vaccines,

best leave out the western countries and start approaching china and saudi for a few hand outs.

i do not know about other countries, but it amazes me when the UK is in so much debt, and yet brown pledges millions and millions to poorer countries,
which in reality do not owe any where as much as us, CRAZY.

Can any one elaborate.
