I personally find following the news to be unhealthy and can quickly jade an individual, especially if they are already lost, which many are. His voting base are all low IQ, poorly educated people and I said, they will not be impacted by his decisions because they have no stake in the outcome of his plans. Majority live in ghettos, trailer parks in rural America, they work in basic labor jobs with barely a high school education. They just like what he says even though likely 75% ( probably under estimated) of what comes out of his mouth is out and out lies. But to the idiots, it sounds good.

The gunman fired shots with an AR-15 semiautomatic rifle about 135 meters from Trump, who was giving a speech on a stage.
According to Kimberly Cheatle, for security reasons, there were no snipers from the Secret Service on the roof from which the perpetrator fired, because that roof sloped.

- We didn't want to put anyone up on a sloping roof. And then a decision was made to secure the building from the inside, she says.

The Secret Service is responsible for the security of top American politicians and was responsible for the security of the square itself and the immediate surroundings.

The service has been criticized for not having prevented the assassination and for apparently not having adequately secured the area outside the square where Republicans were gathered for the rally.

Fine shooter made the decision to shoot


According to Kimberly Cheatle, it took a "very short time" from the time the suspected perpetrator was seen and identified as potentially suspicious until the shooting began.

- I don't have all the details yet, but it was a very short time, she says.

The suspected perpetrator is 20-year-old Thomas Matthew Crooks. He was shot and killed by Secret Service shooters immediately after Trump and the three men in the audience were hit by gunfire.

The motive for the attack is not yet known.

The decision to shoot the suspected perpetrator was made by the Secret Service's sniper in "a split second," says Kimberly Cheatle.

- They have the ability to make that decision on their own. If they see that it is a threat, and they did it in that case.

"And I applaud the fact that they made that decision and didn't have to check with anyone and thankfully neutralized the threat.

The Secret Service chief says that she has reached out to Trump, but has not yet spoken to him.
