CP, it might be alien to you, but for many countries, that isn't our first, second or even third thought.

The USA is a very litigious society, other Western Nations, less so.

Not, for a second am I saying that this won't end up in court, but that's not our our minds for the moment.

Now it's time to support those in need and address the needs of the surviving community and surrounding neighbourhood.
