Perhaps you'd like to share your opinion with those who were there, contrary to the opinion of the TD Stormtroopers they're not all monoglot Islamic fundamentalists and seem to be having no difficulty expressing themselves. They are being quite vocal about this stay-put policy and they seem to have had no problems understanding its meaning. LBC are taking calls right now, give them a ring.

This means that (unless there is a fire in your flat
or in the hallway outside your flat) you should stay inside your
flat.
