Ignore Thread: Allow Users to Ignore Threads of Their Choosing

I'm for it (the ignore thread option). I won't use it but there's nothing about it to be against. Those who don't like it (for whatever reason) or don't want to use it, don't have to do anything different. Those who want to use its funcionality, can. A bit like using condoms really; make them available and people can choose.
