surely clicking new posts is the only efficient way to navigate a forum

what do you do then?

Go through what I'm interested in first, usually food, banal banter, anything about animals or anything that catches my eye. Then if I'm still wanting to read more, start investigating other threads. Like today first thread I read was an old one by Nat8, because it caught my eye on the way down the forum.
