    Since I've not had the clap for about 20 years things might have changed, In those days an injection for gonerea was not necessary. Just told the chemist I had ' nongny ' and he gave me some tablets that knocked it out overnight.

    NSU ( non specific urethes ) is a bit more tricky though. Although supposedly less serious it requires a course of anti biotics for a week or more. Generaly, the discharge from gonerea is heavier than that of NSU. In any case best to whip your friend out for a docter to look at for a professional opinion. You could try this at the chemist but be sure no other customers or CCTV are watching.
