well im off to samet again for a few days, cant bloody wait, beach, eat, sleep, not in that order but you know what its all about

Probably work on this building, told my girlfriend 8 months ago it would take me 3 months to do this floor, sadly I have started other jobs on this floor so it's still going to take me 3 months, tools, cables and shit every where

Well, when you get to an age where a night out can take three days to recover you tend not to go out that much. Plus, going out on NYE is going to cost you. Especially if you're in the London area. How much is a round of drink for a party of 6 nowadays?

I just read it again, I thought new years day, it's new years eve, I think now I'm in a normal sleeping pattern so will actually be awake for it, although sadly I normally start drinking in the day time for new years eve and fall asleep and miss it, if I stay in tomorrow day time then its off down walking street for the evening I suppose.

Last year we went to Nest and it was about 280bt for a small Singha bottle, 4000bt for a bottle of Vodka and 14,000bt for a bottle of Moet. Outta this world prices.

We had a guy out with us and it was his first night in Bangkok. He was having a great time and shouted that he wanted to order 2 bottles of Moet (to impress the ladies). He was mortified when he sobered up and checked his receipt in the morning.

He still moans abut that till this day!

And we still take the piss outta him for ordering them.

Walking Street Restaurant on the water with the family and friends, eating fresh seafood and drinking JW Black Label and a perfect position to watch the quite impressive fireworks display.

Last year met up with a few TD's who popped in for a beer and possibly the same this year.

I was offered a bottle of Moet for 8000 baht in a club down walking street. I laughed. £160 for a bottle of sparking wine that you can buy for £25 in any supermarket in the UK. I thought, am I in Thailand or Ibiza?

Prices go up on imported goods I guess.

I will go to a friends bar where they are having a nice buffet for a while

then onto another friends bar where they are having a nice buffet...probably stay at that one to see the NY in and kiss all the girls

we have some visitors staying from Malaysia and Germany as well as Irish and family, so it could be a good night

Got my 2 youngest kids ( 10 and 12 ) coming to stay so the ex can go on the lash. Probably have a few beverages while getting trounced on the x-box then maybe go and annoy the neighbours . I can't deal with the hangovers now so new years day lunchtime I'll escape to the pub to take the piss out of my mates who will be trying to piece together what the hell happened the previous night .
