It's funny the way people act differently on different forums once I found a post by peaceblondie (65 years old) claiming that one of his male, teenage students was in love with him... He posted it on TV where ... as you know... that kind of thing is accepted.

CT, folks say all kinds of things on an internet forum... sometimes they're sober, sometimes they're pee'd... same name, different personalities... all rather silly, in the end...

Some give out vitriolic comments, some are on the receiving end... I understand that it's all part of human nature trying to continually establish a heirarchy - a pecking order... you see this at womens' tee-parties all the time... bars are the same... the leader of the pack & his brain-dead followers...

Eventually certain monikers become like red rags to a few demented bulls... sometimes it's fun to waive the flags around & rile folks up - sometimes, when these demented bulls can't calm down, it becomes a bore.

I would say that all told, the diaw moniker is well overdue for a retirement. My real persona does not live at the level folks keep trying to peg 'diaw' at.

All told, I could write book on the responses of folks to internet stimulii - I've been trying to understand what makes professional trolls tick. The 'diaw' moniker seemed to be rather effective in drawing in the trolls... trouble was that once they'd been drawn in, they never left... interesting phenomenon... Some of the trolls were wimps (spineless toads) in real life, but had amazing bravado on the internet.

IM, I was never part of the Ajarn elite inner circle...

BkkPhil was a really nice guy who helped me to set myself up back in BKK after my disasterous time in Isaan. I never forget folks who've been kind to me.

I posted on AjarnForum for a long time & I guess folks got used to the 'diaw' moniker. I retired 'diaw' from Ajarn in what I thought was a nice ending. It appears that some other jokers took polls & all kinds of stuff & they're still debating, slagging & throwing stuff... Why, I have no idea. Seems a litttle daft to me.

A few particularly nasty folks have continued to stir up the pot - I guess that it's their way of gaining apparent superiority - who knows?

I tried 'diaw' out here a long time back, but got blasted by PoolCleaner - I didn't feel welcome & so very seldom bothered coming back. TD's automailer sent me regular updates & so I'd come over & vist from time to time. I had already tried posting over here under another name before I decided to return 'diaw' from Ajarn. When 'diaw' showed up here, there was a strange reaction from some posters, but the rest just carried on as usual. The moderators have not bothered me one bit - they've been super mature in the way they manage TD, I must say.

The problem has been with some of the older professional trolls like RayCarey, who seem unable, or unwilling to let go. He obviously has a few personal issues which he needs to unload as & when he feels the urge... He has been an irritant for a long time - & folks seem to like him - so his shit keeps coming.

I'm tired of all this - to be honest.

I've had a few members at one time from another forum following me to this one only to give me constant abuse on every single post I posted and they still carry this on to this day in their little moderating room.

But I'm not bothered anymore you kinda let it go over you head. So as for those trolls just ignore them..! I'm sure the block button is around somewhere. Yes it is really that simple.

And as for TeakDoor, not all members welcome you with open arms but what can I say. We are a forum of many mixed personalities but I wouldn't give up on this place so quickly. (And as for PoolCleaner he dosen't post anymore by the way).

But unfortuatley you get trolls wherever you go, all part of an internet forum.
