that was my first thought; apart from a couple of years out for study I spent most of last 18yrs in government HR, seen plenty of examples of 120kg+ women hiring similar physiques, in some departments it semed 100+ was a minimum requirement.

My last role had to work on secondment 6mths with a huge lardass who had the fashion sesnse and style of Mimi from the Drew Carey show, only bigger. She was well-known for staff-abuse but no one would confront it/her, classic bully.
