    Noises? Cool.

my first first-aid training in the boy scouts or something and a couple more when I was working on ships. If she had taken the fall when our maid or neighbors were around she'd probably have choked to death on her tongue.

Not much point to my post, except to say that first-aid training can be good, even a bit saved a life today I think..
    Good on you, Slack.

You got some brownie points racked up, now.

    GAAAH! nooooo..

I'm already far more familiar with her anatomy than a 43 yo Adonis such as myself should have to be! But thanks a lot for bringing back that memory

    Well done slackman.

One thing to consider if ever confronted with a person in this situation is the involuntary action of the person suddenly biting down once a foreign object is shoved in there mouth especially if they are having an epileptic fit.

If this happens they will near on bight ones fingers off so if at all possible find something suitable to place in there mouth before taking the plunge.

The corner of a book is always good.

    Well done.
5 years back my farang gf had an accident on the bungy in Pattaya.
She got the cord around her neck and when the Thai finally got her down she was out cold.
Ok did airway breathing and circ, her pulse was going at a million miles an hour and she was breathing. She woke up with a start, I knew she would with all the adrenaline running through her due to the bungy jump itself.
It's a bad day when you have to assess a loved one for CPR.
Well done Sacky, and agreed, everyone should have first aid training.
On this occation I didn't save a life but it could have been very different.
Falling asleep and waking up is not the same as passing out and coming to.

Didn't know that, thanks but it wasn't a worry, she lost her teeth years ago. I think her dentures are probably older than I am!
