Looks like the dopey driver exited the cab through the windscreen,no seatbelt.
Hope that last pic of the road profiler on the deck was being loaded or unloaded because it is not chained down,most likely they didn't give a rats arse.

Yes, that was whatever it takes for certification/registration as the trailer was purpose-built

I went there once but it was closed.
