A few Autumnal pics for you

Now after taking these pics during my daily break , I returned back to my lorry to see a rather irate man banging on his window and shouting obscenities at me in a Welsh accent , ,, surely I couldn't have parked outside old tin cans pile ??

    Then again
I'm proud of my 38" waist , also proud I have never done drugs

Over the past week we have had cumulus clouds to our west and looking east we have had these beautiful anticrepuscular rays as the sun sets .

Today I went to see a Freestyle Moto X show in Burj Park just outside Dubai Mall. The team is from Australia and they put on a great show.

I've reduced the pics quite a bit. I hope they show OK.

    Thanks for the greens!

Nigel, it was really great. That's one amazing thing about here is we get the best of everything. The show was free too! It will be on again next weekend and I'm planning on going again. I had organized my purse yesterday, which had my camera in it, but then I forgot my camera. Doh! So all I had was my phone.

Brands Hatch sounds good. I'll have to see if I can go at that time.

This agitated Yelaman geezer spent ages getting airborne at Laem Promthep today. He flew for 10 minutes before spending a couple of passes shouting at the tourists milling around watching the sunset that 'dees eez paraglide landing area'.

I was looking for some luftwaffe insignia as he resorted to shouts of 'achtung, achtung' while making another low pass.

I thought about getting ready to dive for cover to cries of 'die schweinhunt' as he cracked out the 27mm Mauser cannon and the stuka Jericho trumpet for the final approach but his landing went off without further event and no tourists were injured.

Looks like a fine flying area with those communications towers and 3 phase transmission lines right there. Yikes!

Would be funny if the yerman got snagged on one of the blades of the wind turbine behind the power lines and went round and round like Don Quixote.

The turbine was shut down on the day we were there so I told Sisaket girl (who had never been to Laem Prom Thep before) that it was a very large electric fan that they turn on if it is a really hot day to keep the tourists cool. She had no problem believing this or believing that the headland is actually known as Laem Pat Lom Yai.

Dogs barked outside today around noon here in the North of Thailand, turns out they where greeting their neighbor coming to munch right at the fence, the Peacock that accompanied the muncher seems to have gotten a bit upset with all the racket.

    Another nice day up here
