If I wanted to raffle something off for tickets sold worldwide via the internet ?? Would this be possible, how would one go about it ?

The prize is significant and worth a lot....I mean a lot lot, very much lot....and provides an ongoing income to the winner of an also lot per month.

Any creative ideas ?

Problem is the legal side of it as this would be considered illeagl in some countries.

So needs to be established somewhere that it would be legal. Already asked Vanuatu and they said no.

by illeagl I mean the raffle and how it is done etc....not the prize.
