need a phrase or word for someone who is complicated, but personalitywise, very easy and simple to get along with, im stumped and seeing as theres some writers and teachers here, thought you might be able to help

According to a dictionary here at me desk, best word would be sod, masculine only. Since no such specialty word is available in the feminine case use of the generic form twat, is perfectly acceptable in a business setting.
