I'm new to TD. Am from the USA and I have to admit that after initially reading the OP I was inclined to reply. Decided not to and thought I'd have a go at the other subsequent replies. Whew! Does this kind of America bashing happen at this level all the time here? Sure, many Americans are too fucking fat, couldn't agree more. However, I am well educated, a seasoned traveler and have to honestly say that I have met more than my share of fatties all over the world. My best friend in Jomtien owns a business there and is the tubby of the tubbies. Yep, an English guy and one of the finest people I have ever met. Perhaps a little less focus on the shell and more focus on the substance might be in order. Just a thought!

PS: I am 43 yrs old, in the best shape of my life, ride my bike to work every day (sans the rainy days), and haven't eaten a McDonalds cheeseburger in years. Why? Well it's not because the burger from McDonalds will make me fat, but rather because they taste like shit. Happy eating.
