DIY teeth bleaching

Okay, first trials were today - I can't notice any immediate difference other than the fact my teeth feel smoother and there is a burning sensation on my bottom lip where some of the one part bleach one part water was brushed of the toothbrush.

It doesn't taste very nice, it reminds me of Heiniken.

I got my teeth laser whitened in Bangkok. If you have any questions, just ask. They said that there were a minority of people who would get a 'brain freeze' sensation, which is painful. I was one of them. It was like eating ten quarts of icecream, my teeth were hyper sensitive, and i had a migraine. They didn't stop though, and my teeth turned out nice. Pretty cheap, but with a headache for a week or so ($200 U.S dollars it cost me).

Portuguese urine was supposed to produce a perfect whitening effect, if aristocrats were ready to pay for its delivery.
