    Lao, Khmer, Thai ...

    Wow! Like there's a difference.

(to save posts, energy and time, I'll provide the next four posts):

RS: There are huge differences between Khmer and Thai. The Khmer Empire stretches back centuries ... blah, blah blah.

Texpat: The differences are negligible. You're blowing smoke. I could walk from Korat across Cambo to the Viet coast in a week. Explain to me me how they're so vastly different.

RS: The eating patterns of the 10th century natives in the upper Tonle Sap region ... blah blah blah.

    Texpat: Whatever, Doctor Doolittle.

I see you've been playing out these little fantasy dialogues in your head.

it's like saying Europeans and Americans are the same, Tex. In some ways, they are, but in many they aren't

Wouldn't you feel insulted if you were taken as a European, Tex ?

How can you compare Euros and Americans to Cambodians and Thais?

Cambodians and Thais are same same Butterhole. Just like Canadians and Americans are the same, except you have a maple leaf up your arse.

^I was referring to one in particular, and I consider him to be a jock, not a redneck.
